Dr. Jan Golnick
Dr. Golnick received his medical degree from the Silesian School of Medicine in Katowice. Under a two-year scholarship in neurosurgery, he initially specialized in neurosurgery. When Dr. Golnick moved to the United States, he took a break from his neurosurgery studies. He earned his education at New York University and subsequently worked at the Department of Neurology as a senior chief resident (New York Medical College). He moved to Papillion, Nebraska after finishing his neurology residency in 1978. Dr. Golnick works at Nebraska Medicine, Bergan Mercy, and Midlands Hospital, among other places. He has over 40 years of experience and has been in practice since 1978.
Credentials
The American Board of Clinical Neurology and the American Board of Electroencephalography and Neurophysiology have both certified Dr. Golnick. He has taken involved in a number of neurology clinical studies including headache and migraine therapy and research. Dr. Golnick is a Fellow of the American Headache Society and a member of the American Academy of Neurology. He is also a member of a number of other clinical societies.
